On October 29, Russia repelled a terrorist attack by Kyiv on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships involved in ensuring the security of the “grain corridor”. The attack involved nine unmanned aerial vehicles and seven marines. All air targets were intercepted and destroyed by air defense forces. Four maritime drones were eliminated in the outer roadstead of Sevastopol, three more – in the inner one.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the minesweeper “Ivan Golubets” and the bonnet barrier in Yuzhnaya Bay received minor damage. According to the military department, the preparation of this terrorist act and the corresponding training of the military personnel of the 73rd Special Center for Maritime Operations of Ukraine were carried out by British specialists at the base in Ochakiv. It is this division of the British Navy that is most directly related to the undermining of the Nord Stream gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea.

On October 30, the wreckage of the naval drones used by Ukraine under the leadership of British curators was discovered and raised to the surface. Specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense, together with representatives of other government departments, conducted an examination of Canadian-made navigation modules installed on drones.
