Graham doubts he will support Trump in his presidential campaign

Senator Lindsey Grahamwho stood out for being a staunch follower of Donald Trump drew a lot of surprise after being asked if he would support the ex-president for his 2024 presidential candidacy as The Republican hesitated to give an affirmative answer, apparently suggesting that he was not ready to support the former president’s candidacy.

The political newspaper stressed that Senator Graham said only a few words regarding for his support of the announcement that Donald Trump will make tonight regarding his candidacy for the presidency in the 2024 elections.

“Let’s see what it says… I’ll tell you later, Georgia.” he said of the Trump-backed runoff election between Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker on Dec. 6.

Lindsey Graham has been one of Donald Trump’s biggest critics. During the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton also brought this up a few days ago, pointing out that she didn’t understand how some Republicans followed Trump as if he were “part of a cult” and then stated that she couldn’t believe Graham.

“What baffles me is the fact that someone who has always been on the conservative side, don’t get me wrong, so addicted to the cult that accompanies the big lie. You seem to know that moving in the direction that I think anyone with even the slightest understanding of American history knows will hurt us,” shared the former first lady.

Ever since Trump took office, Lindsey Graham joined him and became one of the biggest promoters of his theories. so much so that he was one of the officials looking for a way to cancel the 2020 vote in which Trump lost to Joe Biden and which led to the attack on the United States Capitol on January 6th.

Some political scientists believe that South Carolina Senator Resigns to Stop Supporting Trump that’s because he joined other Republicans in asking the former president not to make any statements until the runoff in Georgia.

Likewise to the accusations leveled by some Republicans against they lost in the 2022 elections where they claimed a “red wave” that didn’t exist and which they believe was partly due to Trump-backed candidates losing their contests.

Rep. Liz Cheney said last week that this midterm election was a clear rejection of Trump because people came together to vote for democracy.

“People come together to say: ‘We believe in democracy, we believe in the defense of the Constitution and the Republic’, and It’s a real rejection of toxicity, hate, malice and Donald Trump.” said the representative of Wyoming.

All indications are that the former president Donald Trump will make an important announcement on November 15th. from his mansion in Mar-a-Lago and is expected to become official in 2024.

*The Supreme Court denied Lindsey Graham’s motion to have her testimony discontinued during the pre-election process.

* Graham files constitutional arguments with Georgia Court of Appeals to avoid subpoena

* “They should have been shot in the head,” Graham said during the attack on the Capitol, revealing a former police book.
