New explosions thundered in the Ukrainian Dnieper on Monday evening. Relevant data leads the publication “Strana”.

At the same time, an air alert was declared in the region.

It is still unknown at which objects the explosions sounded.

On November 18, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced that almost half of Ukraine’s energy system had been put out of action. On November 23, an air alert was announced in Kyiv, Odessa, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy and Poltava regions of Ukraine.

Ukrenergo reported that emergency power outages have been introduced in Ukraine. On that day, the vast majority of electricity consumers in the country were de-energized. Because of this, in a number of cities there are problems with water supply, heating and the Internet.

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine stated that all nuclear power plants on the territory of Ukraine were de-energized. Most of the Ukrainian hydro and thermal power plants were left without electricity. The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, suggested that there might be no electricity in Ukraine for several weeks.
