French President Emmanuel Macron has accused the United States of aggressiveness towards Europe because of the policy of investing in companies, which is reflected in the new US inflation and climate law.

The French leader said that the aforementioned law would seriously hit Europe, making unattractive jobs in European companies that do not have their production facilities in America and, accordingly, do not receive multi-billion dollar benefits from the United States.

“The political choices of the past few months, in particular the plan to fight inflation, are choices that will split the West. We need to coordinate and synchronize our political programs”– Macron is quoted by the Financial Times newspaper.

Earlier, observers of the Wall Street Journal released an article in which they indicated that many European politicians began to condemn Washington’s policy and its position in the energy crisis. Emmanuel Macron was also in their ranks, who also expressed his dissatisfaction.
