The Texas Department of Public Safety, DPS, raided a safe house in the center of a border town that was home to a dozen immigrants who had crossed the border a few days earlier with the help of a group of smugglers.
According to the agency, one of the pilots of the agency saw a red jeep from the sky as it hobbled along the Country Club Road, the back of the car tilting down under the weight of all the people crammed inside.
“Loaded cars often give a clear indication that they are filled with migrants”said the traffic police agent who followed them through the air to their hideout.
