The military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) suffer heavy losses and are severely exhausted. This was stated in the British newspaper Financial Times referring to an unnamed Western defense adviser.

The publication drew attention to the fact that the Ukrainian security forces are facing numerous problems.

“They have high casualties, many of them are not trained enough, some units are clearly suffering from severe fatigue,” – said the source of the publication.

The military also needs more weapons, he said.

On November 30, the European Commission determined the approximate number of UAF fighters who have died since the start of a special military operation to protect the population of Donbass.

“Over 100,000 Ukrainian soldiers died”, – said the head of the EC, Ursula von der Leyen, in a video message. At the same time, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of Volodymyr Zelensky, claims that the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since February amounted to 10,000 to 13,000 people. The European Commission refused to apologize for the disclosure of information about the dead Ukrainian soldiers.
