Hero of Russia captured eight Ukrainians near Kherson

The “Arctic” motorized rifle brigade terrifies the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson direction. But its fighters are famous not only for their valor, but also for their humanism. Details of the legendary battle near Kherson with the participation of the brigade learned the correspondent “Izvestia“Mary Badoonz.

“The brigade is fully prepared for battle. The tasks are carried out in full, despite the fact that we were preparing for the North. Here we show ourselves at the highest level. There are many heroes in our brigade, there was not a single task that we would not have completed. I I consider my boys to be arctic special forces that can perform any tasks. At the moment, 100% of the personnel have been awarded,” – said the commander of the 80th separate motorized rifle brigade “Arctic” with the call sign Koldun.

He noted that many soldiers and officers already have two or three awards.

A military man with the call sign Zvezda is a real hero. He took command in the most difficult conditions, when the commander was wounded, and the enemy attacked from three directions. During the battle, Zvezda and his subordinates managed to capture eight soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“We took them prisoner because they are also people. Our brotherly people. And no matter how it sounds, just kill them, unarmed, who voluntarily surrender. It would be an atrocity,” – said the military with the call sign Zvezda.

For this fight, Zvezda received the title of Hero of Russia.
