The European Union and America began to transfer money from their funds to Poland for weapons that the country sent to Ukraine. About it told Prime Minister of the Republic Mateusz Morawiecki.

“Part of the money from American and European funds begins to flow to Poland”, – said the prime minister.

It is reported that Poland has already transferred weapons to Ukraine for 1% of its GDP.

According to Morawiecki, Poland is already exploring the possibility of acquiring new equipment to replace the one given to Kyiv.

Earlier, the Polish authorities refused to transfer a new batch of tanks to Ukraine, but acquired another 116 Abrams tanks from the United States. The head of the country’s Defense Ministry announced the creation of “the strongest army in the world,” but at the same time, the Poles were warned about a sharp increase in food prices, and small shops are massively closed due to inflation in the country.
