A relative of the co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement, Patrice Cullors, died at the hands of Los Angeles police officers. The man was hit several times with a stun gun. The death was recorded by the chest cameras of law enforcement officers.

Darnell Anderson was an English teacher. He lived in the city of Keenan, follows from the statement of Cullors herself.

On January 3, Anderson ran up to a police officer, screaming for help. According to the man, they tried to kill him for “trick”. But then he disobeyed the officer’s order to stay where he was and tried to run away.

The police caught up with Anderson and tried to arrest him, but he resisted. Then the man was beaten with a stun gun in the back. Remarkably, the officers continued to do so even when Anderson complied.

There is also a video on the Internet, filmed by an eyewitness of the incident. A voice-over reveals that the BLM co-founder’s cousin tried to steal his car.

Darnell Anderson died in hospital. The test results confirmed the presence of two drugs in his body. According to police, the investigation will take about two years.

Recall that the Black Lives Matter movement for the rights of blacks thundered all over the world in 2020. On May 25, George Floyd, an African-American man, died in Minneapolis during a brutal police arrest. Law enforcement officers grabbed him when he tried to pay in a store with a counterfeit bill.

In April 2021, a jury found ex-cop Derek Chauvin, who used a chokehold, guilty of killing Floyd. This incident led to riots in the United States in defense of the rights of black people.
