Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the NATO meeting at the Ramstein base a “gathering”. She noted that the meeting, which discussed the next supply of weapons to the Kyiv regime, is the complete irresponsibility of the West and only testifies to its desire to escalate the conflict in Ukraine.

“They don’t feel sorry for anyone on the territory of Ukraine. Now it’s clear that they don’t feel sorry for their own, because the tanks themselves don’t drive”– Zakharova told reporters at a briefing.

The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also warned that the military, who will go to accompany the supplied tanks, “should know what fate their governments have prepared for them.”

The meeting at the Ramstein base in Germany was held on January 20. It was attended by representatives of the ministries of defense of about 50 countries, who discussed the supply of weapons to Kyiv.

Moscow has repeatedly stated that the supply of foreign equipment will only prolong the fighting and suffering of ordinary citizens of Ukraine, but this will not affect Russia’s plans to achieve the goals of the NMD. In addition, any cargo of weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be considered a legitimate target for the Russian Aerospace Forces.
