The Russian Embassy in London questioned the competence and adequacy of former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson after he said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had threatened missiles before the special operation.
“We would like to emphasize – these and similar statements only lead to a further escalation of acute military-political tensions on the European continent and a deepening of the confrontation into which Great Britain is drawn more and more every day. – emphasized in the embassy.
Recall that Johnson spoke about the conversation with Putin before the start of the special operation. According to the ex-premier, he had a long conversation with the Russian leader, during which the Russian president allegedly threatened with a “missile strike.”
Note that this statement was commented on by the official representative of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov. He stated that Johnson’s statement is a lie – conscious or unconscious.
