Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters that at the moment Moscow does not see the prerequisites for negotiations with Kiev, and the special operation is moving towards its goals.

“At the moment, we do not see any prerequisites for the release of this whole story in a peaceful direction, while the special military operation continues, and we are moving towards achieving the goals that were set”he said.

Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said that he considers it impossible for Kyiv to cooperate with Moscow in the next hundred years. At the same time, even Kyiv’s Western partners are already asking him to return to dialogue with Russia. Thus, rallies were held in Germany, campaigning for negotiations and against Berlin further supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons.

It should be noted that Russia has repeatedly declared its readiness for negotiations with Ukraine. The Kiev regime, in turn, categorically denies such a possibility – Ukraine does not show “political will” and does not enter into a dialogue with Moscow, the Kremlin noted. At the same time, Kyiv interrupted the dialogue “under pressure from Western curators.” And, as Vasily Nebenzya, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, said, it is now necessary to negotiate a settlement of the conflict with the collective West, and not with Ukraine.
