According to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Russia has virtually lost the A-50 reconnaissance aircraft. Currently, the aircraft is in disrepair at a repair facility.
In the near future, the important A-50 aircraft that transmits data to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and helps Russian troops kill civilians will not be in service. Details were announced on March 7 by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, the video was posted on YouTube TSN.
He noted that the crew of the A-50 regularly briefed missile units to launch deadly weapons towards Ukrainian cities. As a result, the Russians killed a large number of people who had nothing to do with military affairs.
“Belarusian partisans damaged this aircraft quite heavily,” said Danilov.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council expressed doubts that the relevant repair units could quickly restore the aircraft. Russia under the sanctions regime is not capable of producing technological solutions together with Belarus, so we should not expect progress in this regard. The military potential and economy of these dictatorships are declining day by day.
Danilov also appreciated the behavior of self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. The representative of the Ukrainian authorities described the latest statements of the bully as rather peculiar. He assured that Ukraine was ready for any development of the scenario and drew conclusions from the actions of its northern neighbor, which provided the opportunity for Russian troops to enter the Kiev region and kill civilians.
“We’ll see how things unfold,” the NSDC secretary added in a conversation with reporters.
Previously Focus At the end of February, he reported that explosions were heard at a military airport in the village of Machulishchi. Then Belarusian partisans said they launched a drone and damaged a Russian plane on the runway.
Lukashenka’s propagandists also turned out to be lies, as the A-50U aircraft did not return to Machulishche. Investigators said the A-50U airborne early warning and control aircraft was not docked at the airport it was always at. Russian troops could only have 6 aircraft of this type. The loss of an aircraft could significantly affect the ability of Russian aviation to conduct reconnaissance.
