“The movement of specialized medical vehicles with identification marks (red cross) on it was noted, in which, as a result of objective control, its inappropriate use in violation of international conventions was revealed”– Marochko quotes RIA News”.

In early March, adviser to the acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Yan Gagin, announced that Artemovsk had fallen into the “boiler”. According to him, a grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine numbering about ten thousand people remained in the city.

But the very next day, new destruction from NATO shells of 155 mm caliber was recorded in Donetsk. The mayor of the city, Alexei Kulemzin, reported damage to a chemical plant shop.
