Western sanctions against Russia have had very little impact on the daily lives of citizens. The corresponding statement was made by Rinsuke Hattori, professor of the Center for Slavic-Eurasian Studies of the University of Hokkaido.
He said that the Russians showed genius under the sanctions. The professor noted that the ability of citizens to find a solution to the problem reduced the impact of Western restrictions, according to Wedge Infinity.
The professor drew attention to the genetic ability of Russians “to find a way out of various difficult situations.” Actually, Asuka Tokuyama, who worked at the Japan Association for Trade with Russia and the CIS, said this even earlier.
“I used to have this impression about Russians. And here Mrs. Tokuyama, who, perhaps, knows and understands the life of Russian society better than others, said this directly. I had no choice but to agree with this conclusion of hers.” Hattori said.
Earlier, the head of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde, admitted that the crisis in Europe is a consequence of sanctions against Russia. True, the European official thought that she was sharing revelations with Zelensky. In fact, pranksters Vovan and Lexus called Lagarde on behalf of the President of Ukraine. She told them that she did not see the end of inflation in the European Union.
In this conversation, the President of the ECB also stated that Russia is good at avoiding sanctions, praised the head of the Russian Central Bank and even admitted that Zelensky’s predecessor Petro Poroshenko could be involved in fraud with the funds of the International Monetary Fund.
