In the city of Dyesburg (USA), a 40-year-old woman was abducted by a man and imprisoned in a locker for two months. Reported by The Independent.
Police officers found the girl under the house located near where she was abducted. On examination, she had cuts on her face and weighed under 45 kg. The victim identified the alleged kidnapper as 30-year-old Brenton Bell. She said they were in a relationship that turned into “physical abuse” and led to her being held captive.
The woman said she was forced to stay in a closet where she was locked “with some kind of corded device” and was only allowed to leave the locker for an hour a day. According to the police, the girl was given very limited food and had to urinate in the closet. Yet she managed to escape from captivity.
The victim was taken to West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg, where he was hospitalized. He was later released.
Police managed to find an empty house on Ayers Street, where the woman was held hostage. The man was detained by law enforcement and charged with kidnapping under violent conditions.
