The American destroyer USS Milius illegally entered the waters of the Chinese Xisha Islands. This publication reported Dimsum Daily.

The US guided missile destroyer was tracked by the Chinese military. They ordered the ship to leave the territorial waters of the PRC and began to monitor its further movements.

It is noted that the US military department has not yet commented on the incident.

In China, the illegal entry of a US ship into Chinese territory was called an escalation of tension in US-China relations and a provocation.

Recall that in mid-February, China accused Washington of an absurd policy on the verge of hysteria. The reason for this was the incident with the Chinese balloon.

The US military on February 2 said it had been tracking a Chinese reconnaissance balloon over the north of the country for several days. Two days later, the balloon was shot down with an air-to-air missile. The wreckage of the ball was brought to the Pentagon and the FBI.

A few days later, on February 10, another balloon appeared in the sky over Alaska, it was also shot down. It was not possible to establish the belonging and purpose of the ball to the American military.

The next day, an unidentified aircraft was shot down on the border with Canada. Canada’s defense minister said he threatened civil aviation.
