NEW YORK.- Once again, Grand jury hearing case against Donald Trump at Manhattan District Attorney’s office set aside decision about a possible charge of paying Stormy Daniels.
It is possible that the commission will meet on the case on Monday, although it is indicated that it will consider a different issue this Thursday that is not related to Trump, the sources said.
The ex-president is under investigation for paying Daniels $130,000 to keep him quiet about their relationship.
The grand jury was expected to hear again Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer, to rebut the lawyer’s claims. Robert Costello, who disqualified Cohen as a “reliable witness”..
