Over the past week, several U.S. military and intelligence documents dating back to February and March have surfaced on social media, mostly related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and detailing Western plans to support Kiev.

On the same Tuesday, Blinken called his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmitry Kuleba, to whom he confirmed the support of the United States “for the defense of the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine,” he said.
On the details of Ukrainian military strategy revealed in some of the documents, Blinken explained that the United States is providing him with advice and support regarding weapons, but “It is Ukraine that decides how to act.”
Austin and Blinken made these statements after meeting in Washington with Philippine Foreign Minister Enrique Manalo, who expressed “full confidence” in the investigation launched by the US government.
“We will have to wait for the results (of the investigation), but let me say that we are confident in the strength of our relationship,” Manalo concluded.
