Scientists from the University of Leiden have found a link between changes in people’s behavior and biorhythms, which can take from 7 to 52 days. Specialist research published in npj Digital Medicine.

The subjects installed an application on their smartphones that read information about interaction with the phone, based on touching the screen, the duration of the touch, and other factors. The experiment was conducted on men and women from 16 to 80 years old.

Scientists have reported that behavioral biorhythms are common in many people. In this case, age and gender are not important. According to the results of the experiment, two people can have the same cycle, but the reaction of organisms to it can be different.

As noted in the study materials, it is not yet completely clear what these biorhythms are associated with. However, scientists admit that the matter may be in the complex relationship between the environment and a person’s personal cognitive skills.

Earlier it was reported that American scientists have identified the first cases of the birth of children with brain damage due to illness of mothers with coronavirus at the time of pregnancy.
