Kyiv knows that it is losing in the conflict with Moscow. This was stated in interview journalist Kara McKinney on one of the Youtube channels, former Pentagon adviser, retired colonel Douglas McGregor.

McGregor stressed that the Ukrainian side does not have the resources to organize a counteroffensive. In addition, according to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are “in a very terrible situation.”

“The Russian troops are winning, and both the Russians and the Ukrainians themselves know this. They are in a very terrible situation now. We are pushing them to launch this “massive” spring offensive. But, frankly, they do not have the resources to somehow turn the tide” he noted.

The former Pentagon adviser recommended that the UAF fighters retreat before it is too late, because they are not able to cope with the actions of the Russian troops.
