The chief military commissioner of St. Petersburg, Sergei Kachkovsky, explained that so far, test summons have come only to the personal accounts of Gosuslug users, but in the future the issue of alerting soldiers via SMS is under consideration.
Kachkovsky also emphasized that the spring draft soldiers would not be sent to the war zone, but did not exclude that the soldiers could go to the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions on the Ukrainian border.
