“SS Purge”: war in Ukraine could spill over to Estonia – Russian MP

According to St. Petersburg deputy Andrey Gorshechnikov, the “clearing of Estonia from the SS” was carried out twice before – in 1939 and 1944. He described the current Estonian leadership as “the heirs of those who fought in the SS troops.”

From United Russia to St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly member Andrey Gorshechnikov warned the Estonian leadership that hostilities taking place in Ukraine could spread to the territory of their own country. He wrote this on his personal website.

“Obviously, it’s time to clear Estonia of the SS again, as we did twice in 1939 and 1944,” the MP said.

Due to the “anti-Russian banner” hung on the wall of the Narva fortress and the prohibition of the Soviet flag and songs before May 9, he described the Tallinn leadership as the heirs of those who fought in the SS troops.

According to him, since the time of Ivan the Terrible, Narva belongs to Russia, and the current “88% of the population of the city is Russian.”

He also believes that in Estonia they hope in vain that NATO will fight the Russian Federation “because of a country proportional to the territory of the Leningrad region”.

Gorshechnikov on May 9 in St. He said that during the celebrations held in St. Petersburg, a stage was set up “so that the Russian people in Narva, on the other side of the border, could participate in the celebration.”

The deputy wrote that the inhabitants of Narva, “separated from their historical homeland by artificial borders”, gather families on the riverbank to watch how May 9 is celebrated in the Russian Federation.

Concert on display for the Narvaians

According to Err.ee, until May 9, a large screen was set up near the Narva River in Ivangorod, Russia, on which a concert was broadcast for residents of the Estonian city.

The concert started later than planned and before it started they showed the movie “Only Old Men Go to War”. Alexander Drozdenko, the governor of the Leningrad region, who promised to organize it every year, attended this concert.

Recall that the Prime Minister of Estonia Kaja Kallas held a joint meeting with Vladimir Zelensky in Zhytomyr.

It is also reported that Estonian Defense Forces Commander-in-Chief Martin Herem gave his prediction about the end of the war in Ukraine.
