The storm in the Black Sea wiped out the railway line passing close to the coast near the city of Sochi in the Russian Federation. In addition, the hurricane destroyed a monument standing in the center of temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea. A series of videos have appeared online showing the consequences of bad weather conditions for Sochi. One of the recordings was made from the window of a train passing by the still intact part of the railway, located half a dozen meters from the Black Sea. The frame contains the remains of what used to be railroad tracks. The storm appears to have carried the railway line, rails and sleepers into the sea. The voice-over shares his impressions of what he saw: “Look, the pole is shaking. Imagine if we lived here!”

Russians also share photos of destroyed beaches on the west coast of the peninsula.

Among the videos published on the Internet are the ruins of a dolphinarium in Sevastopol, which was completely destroyed by the storm.

The elements allegedly destroyed the fortifications built by the Russian Armed Forces on the Black Sea coast. It was also reported that the military boat Raptor was split in two, but this information has not been officially confirmed.

Previously, the bad weather on the Black Sea coast had improved on the morning of November 26 Focus. It was later reported that waves about eight meters high were seen on the western coast of Crimea.
