The fatigue of the countries of the collective West from the Ukrainian conflict is becoming more and more obvious, said scientific director of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) Andrei Kortunov at the round table “Middle East: results of 2023” in the press center MIC “Izvestia”.

He noted that each military conflict pushes the previous one into the background. It is necessary to look at Ukraine from a broader perspective. Thus, many countries of the global South, against the backdrop of the escalation in Gaza, have already drawn attention to the hypocrisy of the United States and its satellites.

“Fatigue regarding Ukraine is a factor that is becoming more and more obvious. We see this from the comments made in the Western media, from individual statements by Western politicians,” – Kortunov emphasized.

Let us recall that in early October, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov predicted that fatigue from the conflict in Ukraine in the West would grow.
