Tehran will respond within seconds if Israel decides to attack the territory of the Islamic Republic. The corresponding statement was made by Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran Ali Bagheri Kani.

According to him, in the event of an Israeli attack, Iran will deal a much stronger blow to the Jewish state compared to the previous one.

“If Israel makes another mistake, the response will be strong and immediate and will be measured not in days or hours, but in seconds.”,” Kani was quoted as saying by IRNA.

At the same time, it is not yet known whether Israel will even respond to the Iranian strike.

On the night of April 14, Iran launched a massive attack on Israel for the first time in history. Tehran has fired almost 200 combat drones and about 150 missiles. A military base in the city of Negev and other Israeli facilities came under attack. The attack lasted five hours and was a response to an Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1.

Israeli authorities announced that they had repelled Iranian attacks. Most of the air targets were shot down outside the country. Debris from one of the rockets fell on the streets in the Jordanian capital Amman. The Iranian attack was repelled by Israel’s Iron Dome air defense system, and American and British pilots also provided assistance.

The head of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces on the morning of April 14 announced the completion of the operation against Israel, called “True Promise.”
