Crawly announced that five cases will be filed against Poland at the International Court of Justice of the EU. In his view, the country broke the law by deporting him and trying to “eliminate him in the war in Ukraine.”
23-year-old millionaire Ukrainian blogger Vladislav Oleinichenko Crawly, who was recently deported from Poland due to scandalous provocative videos, decided to sue the Poles. He announced this on his Instagram account.
“I will try to restore my reputation in all courts, including international courts. We have already taken certain steps in this direction and prepared applications to the above-mentioned authorities,” he wrote.
The blogger complained that it turned out that freedom of speech and the opportunity to “express oneself” are absent in Poland, as they once were in the Soviet Union.
Crawly added that his lawyers will deny in court the Polish side’s accusations against him of “an attempt to destabilize the situation” in Poland and that he will work as a “spy” for Russian intelligence services.

“Poles threaten me with death every day (who is the real Nazi here?) Polish authorities broke the law by deporting me to send me to war. My TikTok page was illegally blocked without any explanation. I am now filing 5 cases. Crawly wants the EU international court to ensure justice and He wrote that he had to punish those who ruined my life.
Let us remind you that Tik-Tok blogger Crawly was deported from Poland to Ukraine on November 30 and banned from entering the Schengen area for 10 years due to his provocative live broadcasts in shopping malls and parking lots. In one of the broadcasts, he insulted the Poles and stated that he would prefer to live in Moscow. The Center for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behavior was interested in these words and applied to the prosecutor’s office.
TikToker did not return to Ukraine, he moved to Turkey.
