Premium crossover Mazda CX-90 is the most luxurious and expensive model in the history of the Japanese brand. Its interior is trimmed with Nappa leather, and a 345-horsepower turbo-six is placed under the hood.
The new Mazda CX-90 will enter the Ukrainian market. The large family crossover replaces the CX-9 and is the new flagship of the Japanese brand. This was reported on the official Mazda website.
The Mazda CX-90 crossover is the second model (after the Mazda CX-60) in the Japanese brand’s new premium series. Both cars are based on a new rear-wheel drive platform with a longitudinal engine layout.
The new Mazda CX-90 2023 is larger than its predecessor, reaching 5.1 m in length. In Ukraine, the seven-seat version of the model will also be available, but a 6-seat version is also available. Luggage volume is 257-2025 liters.
Since the Mazda crossover is positioned as premium, expensive Nappa leather is used in the interior trim. The car was given a virtual dashboard and a projection on the windshield.
In Ukraine, the Mazda CX-90 will be offered in only one well-equipped Premium-Line version (starting from 2,498,400 Hryvnias). The equipment includes three-zone climate control, 21-inch wheels, power seats, steering wheel and trunk lid, ventilated front seats, powerful Bose acoustics and a number of security systems.
Mazda’s premium crossover will only be available with the top-end 3.3-liter turbo six engine producing 345 hp. p., 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. It can accelerate to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 210 km/h. Thanks to the mild hybrid setup, average fuel consumption is 8.6 l/100 km.
