The new Geparda differs from the standard Volkswagen with its double rear wheels. The result was something similar to a three-wheeled motorcycle.

Of course, this design affects the handling and stability of the car, so Volkswagen’s upper suspension was modified – improved rear springs and a front stabilizer were installed.
