Nelli Mikhailovna, the widow of Joseph Kobzon, was hospitalized. According to preliminary data, doctors diagnosed a 72-year-old woman with heart problems.

A source REN TV reported that a few days earlier Nelly Kobzon felt unwell and weak. Convinced that the drugs did not help, the pensioner turned to the doctors.

It is specified that the widow of Joseph Kobzon was hospitalized in the Department of Surgery, where she was sent by cardiologists.

Hero of Labor, People’s Artist of the USSR and State Duma Deputy Iosif Kobzon died on August 30, 2018 after a long illness. The pop legend was buried at the Vostryakovsky cemetery next to his mother.

On March 16, 2020, a memorial plaque was opened in his honor at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. On September 9, 2022, the grand opening of the monument to Joseph Kobzon took place in Oruzheiny Lane in Moscow.
