Richard Semashkov is known to the general public as rapper Rich. On the eve of concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg, the artist in an interview with “Izvestia” explained why he likes to perform in clubs rather than stadiums.

“If a person appears at my concert, then he comes there consciously, and not by aerial. He comes there out of love. I never aspired, never set the task of collecting stadiums. world”Rich said.

Now the rapper’s priority is to create something “very individual”, and the desire for perfectionism, according to him, cannot then be taken out to stadium venues. And Rich himself does not have the best attitude towards concerts in stadiums.

“Always a bad sound, a lot of people. I’m actually a sociopath in this regard. Well, stadium songs have never attracted me. For me, this is primitive music. I have nothing against it, but I’m not interested”Rich explained.

He compared popular music to popular literature, which are equally uninteresting to an artist because “there’s nothing new about it”.

Recall that the performance of rapper Rich will take place on March 4 at the Moscow club Aglomerat and on March 5 at the St. Petersburg “Cosmonaut”. Tickets can be purchased via this link.
