Explore the interior of actor Bob Saget’s mansion, which was sold a year after his death.

Actor and comedian Bob Saget, who passed away just over a year ago, returned to the news a few hours ago after it was revealed that his mansion in Brentwood, California, had already been sold.

Property that was originally put up for sale $7,765,000was only sold in $5,400,000.

Despite a significant reduction in its price, the resulting figure was higher than expected. $2,870,000 which the comedian also paid in 2003. The operation ended on February 23.

According to a data sheet published by various real estate media outlets, the residence was built in 1964 and renovated in 2003, just as Saget took over.

The property has an extension 6608 square feetwith six bedrooms, six bathrooms and one half bath.

It also has an entrance hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, office, terrace, gym, laundry room, three car garage and other facilities.

The kitchen is semi open and very spacious. It is equipped with brown cabinets, modern appliances, a central island for cooking and dining space.

The master bedroom has space for a double bed and a seating area. As well as a fireplace, a terrace, a dressing room and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, shower and bathtub.

Outside, on his property 0.30 acrehas a terrace, green areas, a swimming pool with a corresponding spa area, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, a guest house and other amenities.
