Canadian singer Drake, 36, recently listed his impressive mansion in the Beverly Hills area of California for sale.
Property built in 2001 has a value $88,000,000 or at least this is the price at which it is supposed to negotiate.
“The house is a masterpiece, it is huge. It’s 25,000 feet. It is more like a museum than a home, with huge walls displaying world-class art,” TMZ posted about the characteristics of the Tuscan-style palace.
Residence built by KAA Design Group for Armand Marcianoco-founder of Guess, has extension 24,260 square feetwith 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.
It also has an entrance hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, cinema, games room, bar, wine cellar, gym, elevator, garage for 11 cars and other facilities.
Outside, on his site almost 20 acresthere is a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with a corresponding spa area, a tennis court, a barbecue area and other amenities.
Before Drake took over, the house was owned by Robbie Williams, who bought it in 2015 for $33,000,000. He kept it until the spring of 2021, when he sold it to the One Dance singer for $75,000,000.
