In winter, Russians are especially deficient in vitamin D. This was told to the agency “Prime” Head of the Entueat Intuitive Eating Center Svetlana Bronnikova.

Bronnikova advised not to take vitamins in capsules, because it could be dangerous to health. The specialist advised that it is better to expose your face and hands to the winter sun and stand in this position for several minutes.

In addition, according to the nutritionist, Russians lack vitamins A, C and B in winter.

In this case, Bronnikova advised me to diversify my diet and make it more useful than getting carried away with dietary supplements.

Previously, Bronnikova called vitamins, an overdose of which is extremely dangerous. In particular, it can be dangerous to indulge in fat-soluble monovitamins. In addition, excess vitamin D leads to hypercalcinosis, which in some cases can increase the risk of lung cancer in smokers.
