The redistribution of the functions of medical personnel will help increase the availability of medical care. About it reported May 10, TASS with reference to the Central Research Institute of Organization and Informatization of Healthcare of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
Also, representatives of the department stressed that there will be no loss of quality within the resources available.
“The issue of distribution of functions between medical personnel with higher or secondary education and non-medical specialists is relevant today in most countries of the world. The fact is that the distribution of functions allows you to increase the availability of medical care without losing its quality within the available resources, including financial and labor “– the research institute told reporters.
The specialists added that this approach will help relieve doctors for receiving patients, and transfer part of the functionality to average or unskilled personnel in the industry.
It is noted that doctors or, in extreme cases, paramedics will be involved in the treatment. You can delegate only certain functions that do not require knowledge in medicine.
Recall that earlier in TsNIIOIZ they talked about this project and developed recommendations for its implementation.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health reported that the sanctions did not affect the provision of medicines to beneficiaries.
