“Antirecord”: Rada votes to dismiss 3 more deputies, – Zheleznyak

According to the people’s deputy Zheleznyak, the two majoritarians Efimov and Shpenov, as well as Danilov, elected from Batkivshchyna, were left without power. Currently, there are 401 deputies left in the parliament.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to cancel the terms of office of three Ukrainian deputies. Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote about this in his Telegram.

According to him, the powers were abandoned:

  • From Efimov MV Restoration group. It is majoritarian and therefore its place will be free until the end of the war.
  • Non-sectarian Shpenov D.Yu. also Majoritarian.
  • Danilov VB is from the Batkivshchyna group. He will be replaced by another member of parliament on the list.

Zheleznyak stated that 283 deputies voted for Efimov’s dismissal, 291 deputies voted for Danilov and 289 deputies voted for Shpenov.

“There are 401 deputies left in the Rada. This is against a record,” Zheleznyak summarized.

Let us recall that on December 7 it became known that Zelensky had expelled his representative in the Verkhovna Rada. Fedor Venislavsky had previously served as the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Constitutional Court during the ongoing case regarding the constitutionality of the decision on the early closure of the Verkhovna Rada.

It was also reported that the Verkhovna Rada appointed a new head of the State Property Fund. The new head of the State Property Fund, Vitaly Koval, said that it was necessary to take “a more responsible position in the public administration system.”
