“The league wants these 2,500 Basic Forces players to have a window into Europe. We have a long way to go in other countries of the Americas. In less than a year, six youngsters have already gone to Europe and we want this year to be a record year for player exports,” Arriola commented on a statement given to Real Oviedo.
