The president of the French Football Federation has resigned amid controversy over alleged cases of sexual harassment.

The president French Football Federation (FFF) Noel Le Grae resigned on Tuesday due to a series of scandals. in particular because of allegations of sexual harassment that made tenure impossible.

The resignation of Le Grae, who is 81 years old and has held office for eleven years, was leaked through various channels and became official during a meeting of the FFF executive committee in Paris.

The former president was removed from his duties at the head of the federation with January 11 due to heavy pressure on him. The initiating element then was an interview with a radio station, in which ridiculed by Zinedine Zidane.
