The Russian national team answered Arsenal to the removal of Arshavin’s congratulations

The Russian national football team commented on the removal by the London “Arsenal” congratulations to Andrei Arshavin on his birthday. Today Arshavin turned 42 years old.

“You can delete an entry, but you can’t erase your history”— says response from the team on Twitter.

Representatives of the team also attached a screenshot with congratulations to the Russian athlete.

In the comments, the fans rated the team’s act positively, and also noted that Arsenal lost twice: the first time in the English Premier League, and the second time by such an act.

Recall that the Premier League ended on May 20. Based on the results of 38 rounds, Manchester City became the best team, and Arsenal became the second. The club from Manchester became the winner ahead of schedule, breaking away on points on May 20 from Arsenal, which lost to Nottingham Forest.
