Mexico wins its first baseball gold medal at the Central American Games and receives congratulations from Randy Arozarena.

The Mexican baseball team made history by winning the gold medal at the Central American and Caribbean Games. which are contested in San Salvador, El Salvador. This came after the suspension of the final against Cuba, which could not be played due to heavy and prolonged rain, but the medal was given to Mexico for the best performance in the competition.
