The Ukrainian Perun drone has proven itself at the front for its ability to bypass enemy electronic warfare systems and massively destroy the manpower and equipment of the RF Armed Forces.
The Perun unmanned aerial vehicle developed in Ukraine proved to be effective on the battlefield during the counterattack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The video of the operation of this drone was posted on his Facebook page on Monday, July 3 by Roman Kostenko, Secretary of the National Security, Defense and Intelligence Committee.
The politician wrote that he is proud of the team he formed at the beginning of the extensive invasion of the Russian Armed Forces into Ukraine. As proof of the effectiveness of his work, Kostenko released a video in which he is working on a new Ukrainian development – the Perun drone.
It shows how the drone used by the special forces at the front hits various targets. Equally successfully copes with both military vehicles and other equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as enemy manpower. Using the control system, the drone flies to the target area and then throws ammunition on it from a height.
People’s Deputy Kostenko stated that the drone has already met its 100th anniversary targets.
Recall that on July 3, the Ukrainians were shown in the video how a Pegasus kamikaze drone blew up a Russian complex to spy on the Ukrainian Armed Forces. An explosive-laden attack aircraft disabled the Russian Murom-P complex at the front.
Also, in May 2023, the special forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed two Russian self-propelled guns with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles. Two self-propelled artillery mounts of the Russian army in the Kherson region with the help of a Perun drone.
