The opportunity to speed up this process is given by the upcoming Budget Law, which, also taking advantage of what is provided by the Financial Delegation Law, can finally ease the tax pressure on the mobility of Italian companies by increasing the level of deductibility of expenses related to up to very low-cost or zero-emission vehicles. The result, which has been awaited for years, would put national companies on par with their European competitors, eliminating the backlog on this important cost item.
