According to the statement of the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Major General Vadim Skibitsky, only the final assembly of “Geran-2” unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), also known as “Shahedler”, is carried out at this enterprise. However, it is worth noting that there are other factories in Russia that produce parts for combat drones.
“The enemy planned to produce at least 200 Martyrs per month. But in reality it produces less. The Russian Federation has just begun to increase production and today it is mainly a collection of components supplied from Iran,” Skibitsky said.
At the same time, the Main Intelligence Directorate does not exclude the possibility that Iran may still send finished Witnesses to Moscow in small batches. However, Tehran has already fulfilled the first contracts signed. Therefore, Ukrainian intelligence does not currently record the active movement of kamikaze drones from Iranian territory to Russia.
