However, there will still be room in the center for a 10.9-inch display for the real infotainment system. Among the options, it will be possible to request an additional 10.9-inch display intended for the front passenger. On this third screen, you can access a number of entertainment-focused features, such as video streaming.
There will also be new head-up display which will also allow navigation information to be projected. Speaking strictly about infotainment system, the electric Macan will use a new platform based on Android Automotive. An App Center will also be available where users can download additional apps such as Spotify, Amazon Music, TuneIn Radio and Youtube.
The navigator has been improved and now offers more accurate route calculations, assessing available autonomy and including charging stops. The gear selector is located between the instrument screen and the infotainment system.
The appearance of the electric Macan will not differ much from the endothermic model, which will continue to be sold. We will learn the full technical specifications during the official presentation. However, Porsche has already announced that the top version will be able to count on power of more than 610 hp. and torque 1000 Nm.
