Pear and arugula salad

Contents:

  • a bunch of arugula;
  • two pears
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup cheese (goat or gorgonzola)

For sauce:

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

Disassemble the arugula, wash and dry. Wash the pear and cut into thin slices. Cut the cheese into small pieces. It is not worth cutting, it sticks to the blade.
