Michelle Dockery was engaged to public relations executive John Dineen before he died of a rare form of cancer in December 2015 at the age of 34. In a 2017 interview, Michelle said she still considers herself a widow.
Michelle met Jasper through mutual friends at the Rome Film Festival in 2019, according to the tabloids. He is friends with his sister, actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
In January 2022, Michelle and Jasper announced they were getting married.
