This recipe for baked turkey legs is a simple diet dish.
Roasted turkey legs cut into steaks are a staple of Milanese cuisine. The most common version of osso buco, also called Milanese style, is with veal, but thanks to a marinade containing aromatic flavors such as juniper, pepper and rosemary, we offer you softer and lighter but still delicious meat. The recipe was shared on the Cucchiaio website.
Roast turkey
Contents:
- 4 turkey drumsticks;
- 500 ml dry white wine;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 3-4 sprigs of rosemary;
- salt;
- chili beans;
- juniper berries;
- olive oil.
Wash the turkey legs, dry them with paper towels and place them in a bowl. Pour white wine over them, add garlic cloves, rosemary, crushed juniper berries and a few black peppercorns. Leave to marinate for 3 hours. After this time, collect the stems on a baking tray, salt and pepper and add half the marinade with spices.
Add peeled new potatoes and drizzle with a few tablespoons of olive oil.
Bake the meat in an oven preheated to 200° for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer the roasted meat and decorations to serving plates.
If you want to cook perfect potatoes and don’t want to cook them with meat. Try using this recipe.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes. Put the potatoes in a large pan, add oil, salt and mix.
Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, only after the first 5 minutes of cooking. Then continue frying for another 15 minutes, so we will get crispy and well-fried potatoes.
You can also make delicious meatballs. This is a minced meat dish cooked in the oven. It can be prepared for dinner or even for the holiday table.
