They capture an Ohio man who is being pursued by the FBI in several states for killing 4 people.

The Butler Township Police Department announced the capture of Stephen Marlow, the man charged with killing four people on Friday in Butler Township, a small town north of Dayton, Ohio.

The Butler Township Police Department said it responded to reports of shots fired shortly before noon Friday and found four victims with gunshot wounds at “multiple crime scenes” in a residential area.

All four victims died at the scene. On Saturday, police identified them as Clyde Knox, 82, Eva Knox, 78, Sarah Anderson, 41, and Kayla Anderson, 15.

On Friday, Marlow was charged with four counts of aggravated murder. According to the FBI, a government warrant was issued for his arrest. A federal arrest warrant was also issued on Saturday after he was charged with “illegal flight to avoid prosecution,” the FBI said.

Butler Township Police Chief John Porter said police are working to determine “whether there is any motive for this horrific tragedy” and does not have further information on the investigation at this time.

“This is the first violent crime in the area in recent memory,” Porter said.
