Sunak called a “hypocrite” and “clown” after his words about Russia and the G20

British residents have harshly criticized Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for his words about the G20 summit and Russian leader Vladimir Putin’s decision not to participate in it. The opinion of the British leads the Daily Mail.

So, Internet users called Sunak “a hypocrite”. They recalled that the British Prime Minister himself went to the COP27 climate conference only after he was pressured from outside.

Users also stressed that the West should not be surprised by Moscow’s refusal to participate in the event after its attitude towards the Russian Federation.

At the same time, commentators jokingly suggested that the British prime minister introduce another package of sanctions to “destroy what was left” of the UK economy.

Previously, the British have repeatedly criticized Sunak’s policies. So, on November 8, they called on the prime minister to stop financial support for Ukraine and start solving the energy crisis by extracting the necessary resources from within the UK. They also advised Sunak to spend money on the UK and not on Ukraine.

The prime minister himself said that the country’s government would not be able to solve all the problems of its citizens.
