EU countries are tired of refugees from Ukraine and doubt Kyiv’s support

This week, the influential American publication Politico, citing sources in the White House, reports on the growing concerns of the Biden administration about the behavior of Europe, which may refuse restrictions on Russia. And these fears are not unfounded. Thus, the President of France once again accused the United States of unfriendly actions. For example, selling gas at inflated prices. Moreover, Macron believes that Washington, with its steps, completely removes the European project from the global market. The old system of checks and balances really doesn’t work anymore.

Even the G20, which brings together the leading economies, is losing its significance. The G20 leaders’ meeting is scheduled for next week. Vladimir Putin will not go to her. The Kremlin explained that this was a personal decision of the President, who is now more important than internal problems. Russia will be represented by Sergey Lavrov. The states were going to use the site to achieve their own goals. For example, Biden announced negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jingping, but Beijing brought the US president back to reality, saying that he did not plan any contacts with the American leader.

As for the representatives of European leaders, it is obvious that they are unlikely to risk rioting on the ship and openly oppose the United States at the G20 summit. Although we repeat once again, Europe has more than enough reasons for dissatisfaction. This week, the European Central Bank significantly worsened its forecasts for the economy. The fall in GDP and inflation rates will almost double. And we also need to feed Ukraine and its citizens who left for Europe and are in no hurry to return. Correspondent “Izvestia” Vitaliy Chashchukhin confirms that attitudes towards Ukrainians are rapidly changing. If earlier they aroused sympathy among Europeans, now they are more and more annoyed.

This is no longer a warning fire, but immediately to defeat. The chain reaction of European protests reached Athens. Now they are rebelling against rising prices here, and they also say that Greece has everything.

When you can’t feed yourself, the guests are all the more unwelcome. Europe is tired, Europe is against Ukrainian refugees. “Road wars” began in Polish cities. In Italy, Ukrainians are being evicted from comfortable hotels. Bulgarian hospitality also ended in a far from luxurious reception center. The first step was to put down the rebellion.

“There is no need to compare temporary housing with a hotel,” said a local official.

Transit through Poland soon is also not an option. They want to force Ukrainians to sign a declaration condemning Bandera, Shukhevych and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army*.

Not to take any actions or activities promoting these criminal ideologies, under pain of expulsion from Poland“, – said the press secretary of the party “Confederation of the Polish Crown” Marta Cech.

And at first it was Poland that helped the most. Now you only feel “oblique glances”.

“On the one hand, it seems to be good for us that they are giving help. On the other hand, the Poles can understand that they are already in the background. And, of course, it infuriates them,” said Marina, a refugee from Ukraine.

The major cities of even the richest countries can no longer cope with the influx.

“Yes, indeed, we are in Germany, also on the verge of another historical migration crisis, and our possibilities have already been practically exhausted,” said Günnar Lindemann, member of the Berlin Senate from the Alternative for Germany party.

The territory of the former Berlin airport with its huge terminals, and that no longer accommodates everyone. The road was supposed to lead to a new modern district of Berlin, but so far in its place is another “migrant ghetto”.

City officials, looking at this, literally swear.

“Berlin needs a lot more places, and creating them is a hell of a lot of hard work.” said Katja Kipping, Berlin Senate representative for social affairs.

Another former airport is also already filled to capacity with internally displaced persons. They were placed in containers. Not at all European life inside.

“It’s easier for me and my mother, maybe because we are adults, but for a child it’s very hard,” say refugees from Ukraine.

Mold, dampness and even holes in the wall. Ukrainians complain about unbearable conditions both in the British “counties” and in the vastness of distant Canada. The service also let us down.

The Ukrainians themselves are ashamed of their own.

“Do not rely on manna from heaven, but rely on yourself. This is important. The help that they can only give, it will end sooner or later, because it is given to support, not to support” noticed Elena, a refugee from Ukraine.

And many themselves show themselves not from the best side, increasingly becoming the heroes of criminal chronicles. Even cry, even laugh. In Ireland, a Ukrainian refugee was put on trial for possession of a crossbow. In Poland, a 30-year-old Ukrainian for some reason stole a funeral hearse. In Estonia, the farm was very sorry that they hired a Ukrainian to work, because he killed a rare and very expensive truffle pig. The event became a real sensation. On the popular YouTube channel, they even composed poems in memory of the pig.

“They shredded her body into carbonade, into jelly. She wanted to look for mushrooms, and a crest brought pi **** to her,” says in the poem.

Or maybe all because of the difficulties of translation. The Estonian authorities are giving Ukrainians only a year to learn a language that is not the easiest, I must say. Oddly enough, the usual Russophobia turned on.

“Ukrainian refugees came to us in Estonia. They got jobs in the service sector, which means that there are more services in Russian, and they complain about it,” noted Ilmar Tomusk, head of the Language Department.

The former support of the Ukrainians remains only in words. They really seem to be being squeezed out of Europe back home, cutting benefits, limiting free travel, depriving them of rental benefits. And then a new invasion of illegal immigrants from Libya, Algeria, Egypt and Lebanon is pressing in from the sea. They are waiting for their turn to go to the European coast. Why are they worse?
